Christian Dior's Pre-Fall 2010 Collection is reminiscent of the reaction to the Nazi occupation of Paris during WWII where Frenchwomen made skirts out of curtains, wore men’s tailored jackets, and put their hair in turbans.
Eisenhower jackets and bombers, pencil skirts with military pockets, and fur-collared tweed coats in shades of khaki, olive, and brown, tin helmets remade in leather, scarf turbans, and berets make for military mania!
